UDIBRO MOVESALE · PRIVACY POLICY · EFFECTIVE 15 SEP 2026

Your sale inventory stays in your box.

Udibro Movesale keeps your items, prices, buyer notes and transaction history on your device. Nothing is shipped to us. This page explains exactly what that means.

Where data livesOn-device

This Privacy Policy describes how Udibro Movesale (the “App”), published by Lavinia Crane, handles information. The short version: the App is a local inventory tool. It has no server, no account system, and no analytics. Every section below is one “lot” in the manifest, and every lot carries the same price: nothing is collected.

Lot 01 · Summary$0 · nothing collected

What the App does with your data

Udibro Movesale is a pre-move sales catalog. You add items with a description, quantity and price in USD, mark them as available, reserved or sold, record buyer interest and contacts, and review a summary of completed sales. All of that information is written to local storage on your phone or tablet and read back from the same place. The App does not transmit your inventory, buyer notes or sales history to the publisher or to any third party.

Lot 02 · Stored on deviceLocal only
Available to you only

Information you enter

The App stores, on your device, the data you type into it:

  • Item descriptions, quantities and USD prices
  • Item status (available, reserved, sold)
  • Buyer interest notes and buyer contact details you choose to record
  • Transaction progress and your history of closed sales
  • Basic app preferences, if any

We cannot see this data. It is not uploaded, synced to a publisher server, or accessible to us in any way.

Lot 03 · Not collected$0

What we do not collect

  • No name, email address or account. The App has no sign-up.
  • No device identifiers, advertising IDs or fingerprints.
  • No usage analytics, crash reporting SDKs or session recording.
  • No location data. The App does not request location permission.
  • No contacts access. Buyer contact details are typed by you, not imported.
  • No advertising. There are no ad networks in the App.
Lot 04 · Buyer detailsYour responsibility

Information about other people

When you record a buyer's name, phone number or message, you are storing personal information about someone else. That information stays on your device with the rest of your inventory. You are responsible for handling it respectfully, using it only for the sale it relates to, and deleting it when it is no longer needed. The App gives you the ability to edit or delete any buyer entry at any time.

Lot 05 · BackupsControlled by your OS

Device backups and platform services

If you have device backup enabled (for example iCloud Backup on iOS or a Google backup on Android), your operating system may include the App's local data in that backup. This is a function of your device and platform account, governed by Apple's or Google's privacy terms, not by us. The publisher never receives a copy. If you do not want the App's data backed up, exclude the App in your device's backup settings.

Lot 06 · SharingOnly when you tap share

Exports and sharing

If the App offers an export or share action (for example sharing an item listing or a sales summary), the data leaves your device only when you initiate that action and only to the app or recipient you select through your device's standard share sheet. Whatever you share is then governed by the recipient's own practices.

Lot 07 · DeletionInstant

Deleting your data

You can delete individual items, buyers or transactions inside the App. Deleting the App from your device removes all of its locally stored data. Because we hold nothing on our side, there is no additional deletion request to make to us.

Lot 08 · ChildrenNot directed

Children's privacy

The App is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. Since it collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Lot 09 · SecurityDevice-level

Security

Your data is protected by the security of your device: passcode, biometrics and platform encryption. We recommend keeping your operating system updated and using a device lock, especially if you store buyer contact details.

Lot 10 · ChangesPosted here

Changes to this policy

If the App's behavior ever changes in a way that affects your privacy (for example, if an optional sync feature were added), this policy will be updated and the effective date at the top revised before the change takes effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
